Can you land and rearm your plane?

yes, look for the munitions and fuel trucks parked near runways or taxiways, if they are not present the location may have lost the ability to conduct resupply

(edit) just taxi close to them, anywhere within 50m should do, park up and sit dead still and it'll pop up on your hud saying ammo, fuel and stuff is resupplied, it cannot repair your plane, but if you eject while on the ground, you simply disembark without bailing out.

The game should really tell you this. I had no idea until I rearmed accidentally.

Just learned a new one along that line. Came back in to rearm and refuel. Got the rearmed, but also got a message that I couldn't be refueled due to a fuel leak. My aircraft had been lightly damaged on the last sortie, so that could make sense.

Your fuel tanks are likely simulated in the aircraft's frame, given the dev's boast about their detailed damage model, its perfectly reasonable that taking a hit in the tanks would have that effect :)
