That's what I was doing...waiting until it came. I got impatient and ended up buying it last two nights ago.
It's fun, even without head tracking, but IMO, this should've been implemented from the very start...even Tiny Combat Arena had head-tracking from the onset (at least this current iteration - not sure about the older variants).
Yeah, I also have a more than a few games that utilize head-tracking. Still, I wanted to try this one.
Oh well...it'll be here for you when you're ready.
