IOU's
I have over 500 IOU's now. Someone owes me a lot of gold. How do I collect on these?

They are only used as tickets to cash in quests. An option is to do the daily quests with Captain Nyx. Some of them are items that are quite easy to stockpile then cash in when you see the quest pop up. Coal is an example.

For 40 Coal you get 10 stamps and 250 gold so if you set up some furnaces on Forest and have them churning out coal ...

The coal quest pops up on Wednesdays I think.

Sounds like they have very limited use which probably means I am stuck with most of these. I get way too many IOU's at the market stalls usually around 100 at a time now. I would rather just have the gold. Or at least some kind of exchange where I could trade IOU's for common resources like water etc.

50 = 20 #2 map fragments in Pangea by a quest. So you could spend some there quickly.
