Fence Rope middle Placement Issue.

So I love the fence Rope for my dock, but one issue.

Placing it on a Hardwood Foundation works fine.
* Fence Rope Corner - OK
* Fence Rope End - OK
* Fence Rope End Curl - OK
But. The middle one seems to be a trouble maker.
* Fence Rope - You play by my rules.

But I can place the "Fence Rope" on:
* Water Yes
* Sand Yes
* Inside Tree's Yes
* On Trade Ship Yes
* Pre-Made Dock Yes
* On top of Chests Yes
* On top of a friend Yes.
* Foundation NO! I don't think so "Evil Laughter"

O.o I'm confused, Silliness aside, it's the vital middle part to make a full fence.
You might want to look into that, of it you know about it might want to sit it down and explain it cannot behave this way :)
