Ageia PhysX issue game crashes on start

cant play the game it crashes on start

This game requires an up to date version of Ageia PhysX and associated DLLs. Please install latest PhysX runtime.

not going to install an old version just for this game
also i actually tried but it said i have a newer version already and im not going to force the old version over the new one.

thanks its working now. however the game is really awkward not what i was expecting at all.
after playing the tutorial i dont even want to play the game...started the first level the whole mechanic is just awkward feeling. different from usual cant jump need to think about the pre built angels..not very enjoyable was just wanting to run around with awesome music and swing around shooting stuff but this is not exactly that..i think ill just download the sound track because the music seems awesome

Installed it. Started the game. And nothing happens.

Same happened with me. Reboot reverted situation (game starts but crashes).

OK, I fixed it. The link provided above is not the proper version (at least for my setup).

This version should work. You may have to uninstall the newer version (use the installer of the newer version and choose "uninstall", or remove it from control panel (Nvidia Physx or possibly AGEIA physx) prior to installing this version.

If even that doesn't work, it may be due to having some kind of ultrawide resolution in use, and you have to define a lower resolution manually directly to the game config folder (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Bionic Commando Rearmed\data\settings or wherever your steamapps reside).

I am actualky confused about how you couldn't tell what the game was. It is a remake of a nearly 25 year old version of an even older arcade game.

As for the Legacy drivers package, thanks for the heads up. Instant fix and game runs just fine.

Just Download the latest Physx Drivers, Do a google search and you should find supporting drivers for Nvidia or Aegia ATI I preseme.
