Issues being stuck at "checking synced account"

i use my hive login so it's linked to the account i play SW on, and it just stays at the main screen "checking synced account." anyone else having issues like this?

I just logged in after updating and says my email does not have an account associated with it. WTH

I used hive and had the sync issue.
Logged in via the browser and created the username, then went back to launch the game and put the same username, worked instantly.
Looks like the game client is having issue creating the accounts.

i had to make a hive account for it to work. hope that helps you too.

I was able to login via the community link on their site and it worked like Bruce said here https://community.summonerswar.com/chronicles/en-us

I never got an options to create a username after logging in on that website. Just says to install the game to create an account.

I am getting almost the same issue except one variation. Mine is crashing every time during the account sync process. Tried google and hive accounts but crash is there all the times.

my problem is, when i open the game there's the hive window but it doesn't show enything it's completely blank

The same thing happens to me as well, tried google and hive. The game closes immediately after that.

i have the same exact problem. Tried to log in like 10 times, and when it redirects me back to the game, it just closes by itself. Ive tried to log in on google, apple, facebook and hive and none of them are working, the game just crashes. Has anybody found a solution or is there a way to get the game developers to fix this?

Huh. Seems like a big hassle. I'll just use Google Play Games PC Beta instead

Yes use Facebook or Hive account then it works GOOGLE DO NOT WORK
