i bought 10 legendary tmes and they gae me commons

legendary scrolls only give you a 1.4%+ chance for obtaining a 5* monsters you will most often get one 4* and mostly commons.

While the common scrolls will only ever you give a chance at a 4* and most of the time commons..

so not sure were you feel like it doesn't work.. as that is what is intended for a gacha game.

and you'll need 100 scrolls before you actually get a high enough chance at summoning a 5* and 200 if you use the Rate up banners you'll get a 5* after summoning 200 times.
