Unable to change password

Did a password reset and the email I received states 'Please log in and go to [Profile]>[My Page]>[Account Settings] to change your password immediately.' now this wouldn't be an issue if that page actually existed.

I can find the My Page just fine, but from there, is absolutely no 'account settings'. Some said you need to be on a mobile device, tried this as well, exactly the same problem.

Honestly how does a game that makes this much revenue fail at the simplest of account management practices? I'm baffled.
