Rune Drop Locations?

With Magical Core droprates being as low as they are,.. is there any way to know where specific runes can drop? i have seen some drop,.. but with needing 3star green energy runes for that promotion quest....id like to know if there is any spot where those can drop...because it gets ridiculous...the only website with drop locations i find claims its for "Chronicles" but is for another summoners war game

I had more luck farming magical cores to craft them rather than finding those dreaded 3 star runes. Good luck and do know the promotion quest does get easier later on.

i had hoped it would be easier just farming the runes, but that seems like a horror in and on itself. because farming those 30 magical cores takes days :(

You can farm faint in Tesca, each higher area, drops higher, but pollutes drop pool. Can also do repeat quests for a lot of faint now.
