A quick remediation for the guide: "5 Awfully Sexist Quotes from the Bible That Every Person Should Read"
I debated whether to leave a string of comments within the comments of the guide, but it seemed clunky and odd given the char limit and organization of the comments section of guides. So, here I am establishing a crude discussion page for the cause.

As found under the guides tab and within the quoted title:

3. If Rape Happens…

Thank you for reading my guide

What follows is my proposed comment in a "short" attempt of dissuading the authors and those viewing the original guide- from thinking that the Bible is against women and is therefore meant to be discarded. A fellow within the guide's comments has also taken his "short" stance in the span of several comments to do the same.

I have seen these things and even more verse quotes that are similar- and sometimes have encountered those that decide to hate the Bible and its many messages because of the contrast of ideals from mankind made today.

I do have a verse quote that you may like though in the midst of what is deemed sexism:
(Galatians 3:26-29) "For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. {27} For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. {28} There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. {29} And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise."

and this next one: "neither is the man without the woman"
(1 Corinthians 11:7-12) "For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. {8} For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. {9} Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. {10} For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels. {11} Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. {12} For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God."

From what I know right now; a soul is a soul, but not all vessels are made the same intentionally. God often crafts "types" and one of them could be seen in the contrast and linkage between Man and Woman- and then with God and Man. It's a structure of authority and responsibility to another that is made for the first one. Like how God made Man for God's own pleasure and takes authority over us all. Yet He provides a love and care that compares to nothing else (of which is usually only understood by those study the bible often- less most say God is actually evil). The same way, God made woman to be the helper of man / to be made for and of man. And Paul goes into detail about how a man is ought to love his wife as Christ so loved the Church. He even goes as far as to say that men should love his wife as like his own flesh. And so on,

Of course, I speak as a man myself. Yet, there are many women who have seen these things and are not troubled. Reasons vary, and in part include rightly dividing the word for what is in effect for today, part in viewing this hierarchy as just another rung, and part for like how I cast certain cares upon God who is stronger than me and able to provide, a women can and should cast her cares upon her husband who is made the stronger vessel to bare and guide the weaker. Such a last statement I know is harsh should a woman's self image be high in mind, yet know I say such not to cut downcast for amusement, but to reflect the concepts within the Bible of which I deem truth no matter how I like them.

Either way you or I see it- it is God's rightful decision. I have my own gripes about being a weak man- when it wouldn't be as feeble looking and dishonorable to be weak in mind and body if I were a woman. Because of the strong role I am meant to fulfill and my inability to do that- I know I shouldn't be a husband and I am sometimes depressed with this evaluation based on God's design and the current depravity of mankind today that makes me as such unable

Feel free to comment and share your own thoughts, in addition to more quotes that are deemed sexist. I can think of a few more from Paul's ministry such as that women should not teach in church. Yet know that I intend to remedy your discomfort in such things- for it's of no benefit to you or others to linger in resent of God's word and of the opposite sex.

There is a comfort in letting God have his way; not as to say that He wouldn't have it even if you didn't let Him- for we know how everything ends. The new earth and heavens are painless when they come should you be there.

Howdy again- I've stumbled upon a better explanation of the type between the differences and relation between woman and man- with the type of Christ and his Church.

in this video Robert goes over all of it- but I've skipped ahead to the extra wedding scene where Robert is about to sum it up in just a few words on the screen- for you to see if you wish.
