Running this game on Windows 10?

Try as I might, I can't run this on Windows 10. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, my directX drivers are up to date, my graphics card is up to date, everything's up to date and whenever I try to start the game I get this error message:

The Application has terminated unexpectedly

Crash in Application: C++ exception

This game requires and up to date version of Ageia PhysX and associated DLLs. Please install latest PhysX runtime.

Are you on win10 home or pro ?
Your cpu runs at max 2.8 ghz without overclock, gpu may be the issue.
Try to install the PhysX from the game folder if that does not work go here;
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.15.0428-driver.html
You may have to uninstall the older PhysX to install it.
Is the gpu on the main board or a card ?

I know this is an old post (sorry for a 5 year necro) but maybe this help another some day. If you get a physx error about not being up to date you most likely have the latest installed (typically this wouldn't be an issue with a game programmed to accept newer versions) to fix this is uninstall what you have installed currently even if it is a newer version and then install the physx that came with the game you can find it in the support folder within the game directory once i did this it fixed the issue for me im on win 10 also. Anyways, I wasn't even searching for this thread specifically but some how google sent me here lol.
