Game keeps freezing

When playing the game once loaded in, it is very laggy and keeps freezing during the tapes. I can hear about one or two words that they say and it’s impossible to play. I am playing on an hp so I am unsure if that’s the problem. And I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it still is very laggy.

I didn't find a solution so I did a refund request wich have been accepted.

This is happening to me as well and I don't know if its a hardware issue or a game issue
