Please stop telling people to download programs in order to get the tape. There is a much simpler way.
Close the game and go here in your files:
C:\Users\[Your Windows Username Here]\AppData\LocalLow\MangledMaw\Amanda The Adventurer
Open the file "save.sav" with Notepad and change the number after "SecretTapesUnlocked" to 6. Save and close the file, then relaunch the game and it should be there.
