The 6th Tape?

So I've gotten every other tape:
1. Put the peach in the pie tin instead of the apple, adjust to 425F at 40 minutes.
2. When Wooly's knee gets hurt, instead of saying "Doctor" say "nobody", you can pause the tape and go look for it on the floor.
3. The music notes that are seen above the shelves of cards in the 24/7 store spell FACADE, play the keys on the piano
4. Grow the yellow flower and give it to the doll. You can find the pot behind the boxes on the right of the chest.
5. When asked what the daddy chicken is called, instead of saying "Rooster" say "sam", you can pause the tape and go look for it on the floor.
6. ?????????
EDIT: Thank you to ChasingSkyler showing how to get the 6th tape! It seems like the only known method right now is just hacking.

i feel like it HAS to be the 5 letter word for the rotten video but i still am not sure. the only achievement i haven't gotten is "the end?" I'm trying to think of so many replies that isn't yes or no.

You can get this achievement by getting the 5 tapes, and then play the final ending (When Amanda asks if she can tell you her secret and you say yes)
I know that the protagonist's name is Riley, which is a 5 letter word? Edit: Nope not that. It's not Wooly or ????? either lol

okay i got all the tapes, got the 5th ending. all achievements unlocked.
I have no idea what the 6th ending or 6th tape could be. no achievement titles to help me now. maybe there isn't a 6th anything?

looking at the contents of it, i think it has to do something with wooly.
maybe you have to do a single run of taking care of / supporting wooly.
like during the altered "accidents" tape you get to make a choice? it doesn't feel like there is any consequence for either helping or damning wooly.

Every youtube video with "all 6 tapes and their locations" is NOT showing where the final 6th tape is and I've literally completed everything else in the game apart from that

Maybe it has to do with who Wooly is? Because I've noticed he's always absent in the credits, it seems a little weird.

Or maybe something in the last prompt on the rotting tape? They put five spaces for a yes or no question, it feels like something else could go there, but no idea what

So, apparently, FoxPlay on YouTube just released a video of the out of bounds, and after showing the out of bounds, picks up the blue tape, and puts it in. That's how you get the 6th tape. There is no way to get it normally, you have to use a 3rd party software to no-clip and all the assets that are used in the game, just shows up. Including the spider and the secret friend. That's how you get the blue tape.

That might explain why it's not required for the last ending

I wonder if it's there for a later update? I know in the recent patch notes, they mentioned no secrets were being added yet, maybe it's meant for a later update?

I don't know. But every time they showcase this secret tape, it really doesn't have anything to add to the lore. It's more a of a gag than it is lore breaking.

when i play FACADE on the piano nothing happens. what do i do? and also i have 4 tapes: orange green blue and red and im only missing two achievements: the end?, and the one with FACADE
