$20 for early access?

Is it worth it? I know they bought reviews from youtubers... but $20+ for an early access game that has SFA reviews? Really? Is this the world we live in?

It really is very fun and addictive, I don't often play games over and over again but this one had me hooked for weeks and I didn't touch anything else during that time. I've just come back to it after a few weeks doing some Baldur's Gate and if that doesn't tell you how good it is I don't know what will!

Yeah the price, $15 USD, is ridiculously high for what is effectively a clone (with a small mechanical twist) of an old Flash game idea turned "free" phone app. I _might_ be willing to pay $5 for it if it was full release, but that's about it.

Hey Etterra,

Hexworld was made for a game jam (Ludum Dare) with no reference games in mind. People do mention some mobile games I have no luck to find (but I saw the ads). A flash game would be a more welcome surprise to me, do you remember a name of that flash game by any chance?

The game itself is very fun. I imagine as it grows it will be worth more, but as of right now I will say there's not a lot of content and finishing what is there and entering the purple area at the end is a mixed bag. If your on the fence give it a month or two and come back. There will probably be more content there
