Like with Street Fighter X Tekken? One that disables Games for Windows Live and has everything unlocked?

Capcom did say they were going to port this game and SFXT to Steamworks, but they never did and probably never will.

It seems the Ultra SF4 is a reboot of this, but using Steam's DRM. People who bought SF4 get a discount.

There is actually an easy fix if you wanna play offline, simply block the street fighter 4 exe in your firewall then Games for Windows Live won't be able to connect and when it asks you to enter a game key, simply hit ESC key.
