Chemical floater first level issue!

I can't get the chemical floater in the pool. The location it wants me to place it at is still red... I've tried emptying then re-filling the pool. I've made sure there are enough chlorine tablets in the floater and still nothing works...

could you send a bug report (under esc in game) I will check
