Hello, Not sure this considered a bug but notice a slight graphical issue can see here on the video in what I mean. I at first thought you need a sponge for this part but there was no requirement for the sponge. But around the pool and in the pool there was these large water droplet left behind after cleaning. Thought it looked odd.

Hope it's ok to post the video here. Anyways games pretty good so far and I'm glad to been able to try the game out. I will soon give my rating for this game after I get some more time on it.

Im stuck on the Murder Pool, Ive cleaned everything and even used my UV light, But im stuck on 71%....

hello i'm having an issue on the school pool everything is done. but i'm missing 2 pieces of trash but i can't find them anywhere i've ran round in circles for about 20 minutes is there any way of knowing if i haven't found them or if its a bug? https://i.imgur.com/Ye9T6bu.jpeg

I have been having a bug on the school pool map with the trash, specifically. it is counting 11 of 13 pieces of trash have been collected however, all 13 are in there. 2 are bugged into the trash bin and i am unable to get it :( it's stuck at 98% complete for the overall map. i know i may have to restart the map but i am hesitant right now. its such a fun game for me so this is currently the only thing i cannot get past right now.

Could you tell me exact position and place where the pressure washer was gone? We have a system to detect missing objects, I need to investigate this

I needed to press the pressure washer down at the car, because I forget my sponse, it jumped away and couldn't find it anymore...

The count of cleaning the pool with murder doesn't work also properly, I can't go further because it won't fill again although the pool is cleaned...

For the murder pool: Just do as the list says and you'll be completing the level just fine ;)

You might of cleaned something but check again with the UV light if anything that shows yellow give it another wash. Check everywhere even the diving board. Check the edges around the pool there was blood there too. Took me an hour to clean the whole thing..

I made video on this job. Should be up in an hour or 2 if want to check it out.. I posted a vid above if need help finding the video. GL.

i have been able to play 2 levels. but now whenever i accept any job, i get as far as loading in and seeing the mail with the play button, but cannot do anything with the game. not even click play. my only option is alt+f4

I guess worst scenario...
99% complete cleaning big pool, where crocodile is. Couldn't find last trash so I've pressed shift+tab to see if someone had same problem. Now game is frozen, can't do anything except change settings or leave mission :(

Hi On the first level the tutorial when I load in the pool already drains and then when i try and fill it it goes to 33% then it goes back down then up.

At the first level, I empty the pool and there is no more progress, it stops at 17%.

I was able to do all jobs but the school. I exited the game and saw there was an update so thought that would help. I went back into the game for all my progress to be lost and have to start all over again.

Hey... I commented earlier about murder pool 2 but I have an update - I was finally able to finish the "clean the pool" objective but I reloaded the map to start over and VERY VERY CAREFULLY cleaned every 'stain around the pool' that I could find, and made sure to clear each individual stain until it pinged and gave me the light bar thing. But the objective still won't complete. Also the objective for trash is for 72 trash items but you actually need 73 to complete the objective, and there ARE 73 trash items on the map.

I have discovered that the Bicycle Sign in the pool in Murder Pool II does not actually count towards the Put Trash Into The Dumpster goal, but will still increase the counter if put in before the goal completed, requiring players to find a 73rd item and have a counter that says 73/72. If the sign left until last, the goal completes at 72/72.
