[Bug]Gu Qingming Talent to swap effect of Ghost Shadow and Concealment talents does not working

The assassin guy Gu Qingming has a talent that is maxed at lv 1/1, its description said to swap effect of Ghost Shadow and Concealment (the invisible skill) talents effect.
So the talent for Ghost Shadow is increase evasion rate
The talent for invisible is reduce skill cooldown time.
I leveled all 3 talents, the invisible, ghost shadow and the swap effect talents. After I used ghost shadow, my evasion rate was increased and cooldown reduction was not increased. The swap effect talent did nothing.
Please help to investigate.

Also many skill names are not consistent in English, for example the skill name of Gu Qingming in the skill tree and on the items that +1 max level for those skills are different, and I mean a lot different. I could hardly guess which skill they are.

Thank you for making the game, it is great and has potential, hopefully it will have more success and more updates in the future. I’d love to have more acts, more dungeons and quests, bosses and drops, and lastly more characters and skills.

I had this problem too. Hard to match up things. Weapons, secret book things, your talents and umm I think there is a 4th thing as well all can have different names. Sometimes I found it easier to try to match up the icons instead of the names but it's not always possible. I saved before doing anything related to that.
