Strike out "relaxing" from the game description
I saw the "relaxing strategy game" and thought, yeah - that's for me. I don't want to have a medical episode and come back to a blood bath. Unfortunately less than an hour in, that's exactly what I got, a bloodbath

Something tells me I mis-understood the term "relaxing strategy game". Out come attackers from nowhere and decimate your population, unless you run around like crazy trying to get an army to clear them up - throwing out the relaxing part.

We need something a little more clear on how to stop the spawning and attacking mobs, as that totally ruins the relaxing part!

Dev: Maybe a "no respawn of combatants" option, so some of us folks can take that relaxing part to the max. And a rethink of ash needing dead colonists... I don't want to kill my colonists just to make the next recipe!

I'd also suggest a pause option- I don't mind combat if I can find where it's happening at. But I also can't scroll fast enough to find it before I end up with dead colonists.

It would be very nice if there was a way to surround an area to where mobs can't spawn!

mobs appeared to only be able to spawn on empty squares (or squares already with drums/relic pillars on them), so i wound up moving workers just before the clock ticks round, and would likely be a bit more 'strategic' with building placements on another run.

I agree, I'm not sure that I'd call this game "relaxing" exactly (it's certainly a simple game by strategy standards, but there's more to "relaxing" than simplicity). There's too much franticness in needing to micromanage workers to freshly spawned resources, resetting the military units to attack newly spawned mobs (having them auto-attack valid targets would help tremendously with that). It's hard to get units/resources into easy to move stacks, there's not enough storage for resources so you easily wind up with a cluttered map making it harder to find what you're looking for... That said it's a fun game (even if it is mis-tagged) that could use just a teeny bit of extra quality of life additions and has room for more content (archery towers that boost the range of archers anyone? or barracks that deploy a knight to a new orc within a certain radius?)
