I will add this among requested features and have a think about it, thank you!
I was considering it, but I decided undo is not gonna be a strategic gameplay option. Therefore if it's ever added, it's most likely gonna be a free thing to do (just one step backwards though) as a way for people who misclicked to fix their mistake. The next generated tile would be be a different one though to prevent people from exploiting this.
This is just a speculation at this point though, it's not gonna be in the game in the next update yet.
