how can I legitimately obtain Flock?

I am aware of The Spiffing Brit, that's how I found out about this game.
However I'm not interested to partake in the madness.

that being said, is there any way to legitimately own Flock? Or am I now bound to chase down a CD key as my only option? I would prefer not to but if it is the only option then, so be it.

Steam Tracker says there's no grey market sites that're selling keys to this game currently, and Capcom took the game off the store after Spif's video. So it seems you and me both are out of luck. It's either keys or waiting til Capcom put the game back on store after fixing it.
