Any tips for getting this achievement? The passive 5 regen makes it very difficult to maintain 10% HP or less.

They're apparently patching the regen around for other achivements as well, but one of Pyro's upgrades for No Pain No Gain disables regen; unlock it on their upgrade menu. You can get this while doing Extermination, which is a little easier to manage mob-wise and time-wise too.

Someone advised me to respec and leave out passive gen. Haven't tried it though.

5 regen is always active now. Great for survival, only a problem for this achievement.

Thank you so much for this discussion page. With the release of .7 I reset my game progress to experience the game anew but I was like, "With the permanent base 5% regen now how the hell am I supposed to unlocked the achievement item again? Gonna be extremely hard to micro manage getting it this time!" XD Not surprised they implemented a new ability that allows you to do it. Good job devs. ^_^

It's actually not so difficult, although it was my last achievement to achieve. The trick is the toxic pools in the "Green Hell". I took a badge for extra health and recruited more survivors asap, so my health pool got bigger (I didn't bother to disable extra health regen), then maybe spent some time to level up in order to be able to kill mobs fast enough, and then at last went for the achievement by staying close to the toxic pools to keep my health under 180. I'd also advise to pick ranged characters instead of melee, so you can kill mobs from further away - more chances to not get hit. Also with fully upgraded survivors on lower difficulty and some XP boosters, there is a window around 3 to 6 min. when the damage of toxic puddles is low enough and the HP of mobs is low enough, so you don't have to maneuver around too much, just watch your HP and step timely in the puddle.

bcoz i dont have dmg ^^ armor and regen in level 100. All military training pick ups is for armor and regen same in leveling up if available and deleted all my skill to acquire passive early.
LINE UP : Medic Tank Swat (normal attack only no ability except for medic)
