no way to play solo - MINI REVIEW
don't be fooled by the store page description. despite saying you can "play solo" it means queue up solo and not play offline. game performance is very stuttery. overall game looks and feels very generic. like a blend of CS Danger Zone and Lethal Company gameplay wise. it says "extraction shooter" so im thinking L4D or DRG, hell even R6 extraction. something like you go in, do a thing, and then some big bombastic action escape sequence happens. nope. nothing like that. just rush in, dont get killed by the glitchy alien in the dark and dont get killed by other players, all while navigating a confusing ass map to find the extraction point once you have "enough" loot. took me 1 minute each time to queue into a match, dying after about 3 minutes of incredibly choppy and generic game time. wow, fun.

look at a game like nemesis : distress. this thing is trying to do almost the exact same thing, yet cant give players the option to play solo, with AI controlled hazards and all that. thank goodness for this playtest cuz i almost blew away some money.

It doesn't suggest single-player from the Steam tags, and explicitly states it's a PvPvPvE.

Unfortunate. Would like to play this entirely solo without having to rely on server connections or the inevitable server shutdown.

I'll never understand how people can download a game that explicitly states it is a multiplayer game, then complain when they can't play it by themselves offline.

Your misunderstanding of what an extraction shooter is, and what it means to play solo in an online, multiplayer context really isn't anyone else's problem but your own.

"Solo or with friends, experience this unique dark take on asymmetrical PvPvE multiplayer."

Maybe if English was your third or fourth language, but at that point I'd figure you'd be smart enough to properly interpret that sentence.
