I found a lot of "Extractor" too far again "Vortex",...

Is there any teleporter... or any transfer tools i can near around "Vortex"?

There's trains that let you transport things faster, but from the wording, I'll guess you haven't even finished the 'tutorial' part of the game. Once you reach milestone 3, you'll unlock space belts and space platforms, which will let you extract and transport shapes from all the resource patches in the map.

Edit: The difference between trains and belts is speed, trains unlock later on, but are better at transporting a lot of shapes quickly, so they'll save more time the further away you get from the vortex.

There are more benefits to trains. Rails don't spend your platform limit like belts do. They can also jump into the vortex from outside the main platform, so they allow you to exceed the maximum belt limit.

One of those "benefits" are from a thing I don't bother with (time wasting-based "difficulty") and the other became an endgame upgrade in one of the last few updates for no sensible reason. So I only mentioned the things that will matter under normal gameplay.
