Splitting the lanes of Space Belts?
Say I have two pairs of shapes on 1 Space Belt, lanes 1-4. Is there a way to peel off lanes 1&2 and leave 3&4 going straight? Everything stays in all 4 lanes at every junction. Only solution I've found is to dump everything to a 1x1 foundation and split them there, leaving me with 2 diverging Belts, now both only half full. Is there anything more efficient?

You can also split the space belt and then only pull from the lanes you want.

So the space belt might have lanes AABB, where A and B are different shapes. Split the space belt so it goes to two foundations. In one foundation you only pull from the left two lanes, AA--, and in another foundation you pull from the right two lanes, --BB.

Space belts can also have layers. A top and bottom in the same channel. So 8 lanes of shapes. You just need to peel off a top layer or a bottom layer as you like.

You can route the belt to a 1x1 platform and split off that. It’s how I split lanes though usually I split based on floor. Simple blueprint save as well
