This is 'insane' difficulty certification, after unlocking the pin machine, and crystals aren't available yet.
Take a starter shape like one corner of a circle. Pin it, four times. You end up with a "tower of pins" in that one corner because at the limit it eliminated the corner of the circle.
Then, take another shape and pin it, once. You want pins in the two corners, so, use circle quarters in those corners. Make sure the pins are in different corners than your "tower of pins" shape. Then, stack that shape on top of your "tower of pins". Because it's already too tall, the top layer, the circle quarters, vanish, and the pins beneath it remain and fall to the bottom. Now you have a "tower of pins" in one corner and lone pins in two other corners. Chop up that shape to eliminate the "tower of pins" and stack the other two pins onto your other shape. And you're done.
i'am handle the pins as a normal shape. Pins a shape 4 times --> Stack of Pins --> Crystalgenerator --> Pin one more time and you got a single layer Pins. Like a normal Shape :)
