You need a controller. The innovative control system that Big Ant have introduced just wouldn't work with a keyboard and mouse.

Yes, as @Dr. Dee, a controller is required.

:( I'll try the demo - but controller play is going to take some getting used to. I suppse if that's all the game has then that's what I'll try.
Well done developers for the demo. At least I can find out before I buy whether it's worth wrestling with one of those fiddly little kiddy toy things.

Will any USB controller pretty much work, i have 2 logitech dual action game pads as seen here - http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support/288?osid=14&bit=64

I can report that controller works pretty well in the demo.
I only seem to be able to bat, but it's a very interesting mechanic, perhaps the best I've played.

Scritty

Yes I bought a controller months ago...specifically and only for DBC 14. I've always preferred keyboard and mouse...but it just wouldn't make sense for this game. Really looking forward to using it on the 26th.

Truly disappointing you're forcing PC gamers to use a controller. This is now a no buy for me.

It would be way too hard to use mouse and keyboard, there are too many stick specific actions.

Why would anybody want to use a keyboard and mouse to play a cricket game is beyond me.
The controller works great on ps3 you guys not buying it because of this is your loss.

Got to agree with this, there is no reason to NOT use a controller.

I had downloaded the demo some days ago. I didnt saw that an controller is required. So i borrowed a controller from a friend. And i must say, i see no reaseon to use a game controller. OK maybe its because the demo is very small, only net training...
Anyway, its nice that an developper take his time to answer here. But I will not buy this game, the demo isn't convincing.
