Profile got Corrupted. All Characters data gone. IMPORTANT !

I researched about this online and found out that there's no solution for this to fix.
so heads up everyone, I went through this so will you too? ofc better start saving the file once a week or you will lose all the data that you built too.
I lost my 3 teams that I created after spending weeks on them & no, it did not come back after downloading the freakin uploaded ones.
The location of save profiles being saved is at ->
User -> My Games -> Don Bradman 14
My file corrupted was "PMD000.SAV" It contains your teams, Characters, Experience, Levels etc. (excluding Career Mode). But for safty precausion, Save the whole folder & when it ever maybe happen to you keep eye on date & time of any .SAV file then replace it with the one you backed up.
This is just a little help the all of Steamers out there. I am brand new User to Steam so I didn't know It would happen. so yeah, Save the game once a week then delete 2 weeks older one If you don't like so many saves.

Also one more thought came to my mind that maybe some of you might think that maybe It happened because my computer was full of viruses or i didn't close game properly. But no luckily I got 2 anti viruses on my computer 1st Avast & 2nd Male-ware. so no virus can fly through my computer. 2nd thing, I closed game by selecting "Exit Game" on Main Menu not Alt-F4 & I still went through this so don't know what went wrong.

Your comment that anti-viruses on your computer would divert any issue is very possibly what caused the issue. Anti-virus software can often delete content that is being written to your computer based on a Steam update coming through and it being recognised as malware.

We cannot control how anti-virus software acts towards our systems. It's advised if you do have anti-virus software, that you backup you saves regularly.

But anti virus did not delete any file. I have the file which isn't working i decode and looked into the file's codes & compare them to new file. there's so much going on i dont know where's problem. Well anyways, I was expecting this from you on first place that you would point out it was caused by anti virus but the thing is anti virus doesn't do anything without my permisson because i put Don Bradman on trusted section.
anyways, Im not 1st one who went through this problem, there are 1000s of other Steam gamers who had this issue.

1 thing, If you guys can't do anything, atleast restore Experience(21,000) & Level(12).

I am not blaming nobody. Im just trying to tell them to fix it because it happened once it can happen again, not just to me but every else too.

After the update 1.06, i cant load any of my save game, game crashes to desktop after being load. please help:(

I've just got this issue after several months of play and now my career is ruined. This is an absolutely teririble bug and for the develoer to blame anti virus software is rediculous. This has never happened before in an scenerio and my system hasn't changed for some time.

Just to be clear in my case I get the error "ALERT Error Loading Saved Data" when loading my career - which was all I cared about... I guess I'll just have to go back to FIFA...

Another note - the corruption for me happened in game. After I finished a 4 day match in Australia the game appeared to save and then load - the loading caused the error above (to be shown on the screen) so I guess the save corrupted the file? I've checked the file itself and it hasn't chopped it in anyway - it's a sizeable 11MB, can BigAnt validate / fix corrupted career files?

Again never seen this before today - have no backups career now down the pan!
