don bradman 14 keeps freezing

since i upgraded to windows 10 the game has not worked correctly, playing a tour now but
soon as i take a wicket game freezes, sometimes i am able to save but is getting worse it is
freezing in other areas and cannot now start a game is this something to do with the game is 32 bit and i am running windows 10 64 bit, my pc is ryzen 5 3600 with nvida gtx1650.

same here i am having the same issues and i have recently bough the game and it is freezing very often especially in career mode

tis funny since i downloaded new drivers last week it is much better, works fine 90%
of the time, what does help is make sure you turn off all anti-virus and firewalls.

I am facing same issues since last week. My whole career data along with the game data has been wiped out and I am back to square 1. Also the freezing of game is pain. Right at the end of an innings it freezes. So frustrating.

Yes same issue - Random freezes, eventually need to close the Window.
Config - Windows 10, RTX 3080.. Unable to play one of my favourite games :(

Same, game freezes when I start up half the time and then goes into 'safe mode' right when I start it up again. Even in safe mode it will freeze although not as often. While playing remotely with my friend it has never froze for him so I am at a loss.

I think I have found a fix for this issue. Once you load the game open your task manager (Ctrl, Alt, Delete), go to the details tab, right click on cricket14.exe, set priority to high, then set the affinity to use 4 cores (I set it to use 0, 1, 2, 3 for example) this has significantly reduced the amount of crashes

Running in Windows XP compatibility mode fixed it for me on Windows 11

edit: i take it back, lasted longer than usual but still froze :(

its a good game I like it but hell.I spend hours on a game Im winning then crash its gone
