Best Merchandise for Zoey

How do you start the improvement quests for Zoey? They don't appear on the team page like every other NPC. I'm playing Xian and really could use some decent blades but there is no way to improve Zoey, I've maxxed everyone else out except the other two merchants because I need 1 more Floater meat (That Floaters don't drop) and 1 more Stingray Tail.

It doesnt work like that as fare as i know. Doing quests or missions for her do not improve her store. Progressing the game will though. So everytime you get to a new location where the team has followed you, you should notice an improvement. As fare as i understand it Doing quests/missions will improve the weapon they have to defend themselves against zombies.

Zoey's team quest should appear on the team page after you've done the pathfinders main quest. So just advance the storyline, then you'll have access to her shop upgrade quest.

It just seems weird that all team members plus the other two merchants can be advanced but Zoey can't.

C'est la vie. I'm at the point where I've just put the motor on the boat and need to find a path to the jungle. So I'm not a long way in to the story line. I also wanted to explore the whole map before moving to any other areas.

I don't think you can do anything more for Zoey past the Electrified quest until everyone moves to Halai village (not far after the Boat quest you're on).
