Highest level is only 70?

Well im not impressed with that. Ha you would think the highest level you would be allowed to get is to get all the points/skills/upgrades. Yet i still gain xp. Anyways its still a great game, Not happy about the leveling tho

Then your skill choices would make no difference.

It seems there is a cap, so for some reason you cannot gain all the skills in the skill tree.

You can already gain so many skills that there isn't much choice involved.

There are also plenty of skills that aren't even worth considering, like XP bonuses or cash discounts. In fact, as RPGs go, this one makes it easy to choose your skills simply by making so many skills obviously bad.

There's like 6 or 7 skills you can't master, what you think is useless is your own opinion.

theres a mod that allows u to get to lv 100, but i only found it for the first game
