Are there enemies above level 70?

I noticed that while leveling solo, sometimes enemies are above my level. The most I've ever gotten to is 62, so I just want to ask from someone who is 70 whether the enemies can still be above your level.

The reason I'm asking is that Xian has a skill that helps her deal with higher level enemies and I'm wondering if it ever makes sense at max level.

yah im level 71 and ive only seen a couple lvl 74-76

I thought there might be some. I guess I'll find out on Purna before I decide for Xian. Equal Chances might actually be worth taking after all...

Getting bombarded by lv 73 and up. Kinda waste of pts on Equal chances when they past that point.

Well, as usual the skill description is rather vague. What happens if your level is X and the enemy level is X + 4? Does it count as X + 1 or does it not work at all? Could go either way, but OF COURSE it's not explained in the game. Borderland had similarly vague descriptions.

I guess the problem is that I'm overthinking it. I'm slaughtering everything in sight without Equal Chances and yet I'm worried about whether I *need* to take it or not :)

I can confirm i get many lv72/lv76 zombies, the max i saw, was indeed, a lv80 walker. not trolling.. i dont have a screenshot though. So, yes, there are higher level zombies once you get to 70. Im lv70 Xian, and i did not waste skill points on that skill, its useless, really, spend them elsewhere. Cheers
