I just got a quest from Miya in "Flooded Jungle" and it says that I have to "Gain access to the research laboratory". Where is it exactly? Do I have to go further ion the main storyline in order to complete this side-quest?

You gain access to it later

Yes. You have to continue your mainquest. You will eventually gain access tothe Laboratory and there you can get to the Bunker.
