Suicider meat

Just a quick question does anyone know of a good area to farm suicider meat, I need 3 more to upgrade henry but every suicider I meet either drops a rag or cash and I don't know of any good locations where there is a bunch of them standing around or respawn in an area.

I rarely have found Suicider/floater meat on actual monsters I found them in trash cans around Halai and around Henderson.

There are no good reliable farms. It's a rare drop even from suiciders.

I finf it funny that the level three items that henry needs are easier to find then these stupid zombie chunks that are more likely to appear in the garbage then on the enemy themselves.

Well they are only easier to find becuase deadzones are always there and they almost always have 3 blue items of which I think there are only 5-6 total, in comparison with the meat of the monsters that seems to only spawn in trash cans which have a large loot pool to draw from and with an even lesser chance on the meat because of the rarity. However there are tons and tons of trash cans littered around the places mentioned in the above post.

funny thing, when i needed the suicider meat every one i killed dropped it. now they rarely do. the floaters however almost never drop it and i still need that meat to finish a quest.

Had the same thing. As soon as I got the quest for Suicider Meat almost every Suicider dropped the meat (4 out of 5 I reckon). After I turned it in, the Droprate went abyssmal again.

As for Floater Meat... I was beginning to doubt it was ingame, haven't seen a single piece yet :(

I'm drowning in it and I just started to play the game. It's in all the trash cans. :)

when you get the quest to go to marcus house you will inlock a vendor there that will sell floater meat, suicider meat, and stingray tail. but he will only be there until you finish that quest chain (the quest is part of the main quest)

u guys do realize that the best way to farm this meat is to make them explode themselves, not out right killing them. Its almost a 100% drop rate when you do this. ive got over 40+ on my main.

I have the feeling that both Suicider Meat and Floater Meat as loot is linked to quest progression.
Floater Meat was a real Killer for me, went through Halai about 3-4 times to loot all the trash cans without any luck. Then once I got beyond a certain quest I started finding Floater Meat in the trash cans and as drops from Floaters.
Now it could be a coincidence (and me being really really unlucky till that quest point), but now I find Floater Meat in around every 4th or 5th trash can I loot and before I got zilch.

As for Stingray Tails, you can find those on the beach, where you washed up, under those palm fronds.

Best source for Floater or Suicider Meat aren't the monsters, you are way better off looting the trash cans in Halai.

best way is just playing the game. after reciving the quest like it never happened. Now I have 5-6 meats in my invertory.

lol ive played dead island riptide for 40+ hrs and just messing around b4 ending and never have i seen 1 suicider meat ;(
