It is not yet available in all regions, at least not on steam. Doesn't matter to me though, I'm waiting for a REAL dlc not just another "horse armor".

I got this through gamersgate.co.uk and managed to activate it on steam but I can't seem to use it ingame, how do I activate the DLC? I asked a friend and she said the character looked the same as before :|

That's very helpful, thanks a lot! Can't believe there isn't any info regarding this, they didn't even show the outfits in the store page, at least not on gamersgate :/

I agree which is poor marketing. I would have loved to see the new skins. Only get to view it if someone else your playing with has it and is using it. I think this should have also applied to the NPC's main characters that seem to be with you ingame, their skins should have at least changed when you activate it.

So yes, lack of info, misleading, poor marketing.

It was a pre-order bonus that some pre-orders got in addition to the survivor pack.

They went the nice road and made the pre-order boni available for purchase for anyone that missed them. Both are highly optional, but it seems there just is no pleasing some people.
