Widescreen menu and hud fix (Eyefinity/Surround)

Greetings survivors.

This is an adaptation of the menu and hud, for proper display on Widescreen (Eyefinity & Surround).

To install is easy.
Come to "..\Documents\Riptide\out\Data\" and we dump file contents inside and this is it.
We can play.

You may download the patch:

STEAM People confirmed that this modification is not considered by the VAC HACK, you can use it safely.

@Jove Chiere not a bother man, muchas gracias anyway (or moltes grasies?). I've got to a point that the whole menu is centered and everything is clickable/selectable (still some overlap on the arrows but it's minor, and some cosmetic fixes needed, like fadeout screen effect taking whole screen).

Gonna leave at that, since i can play now, drink my alcohol (in game lol), drop weapons/items and so.

I'll see if i remember and upload it later on for those with an ultrawide screen like me.

@sofaplayer2 Hey man, if you get a chance to upload that config file somewhere I would greatly appreciate it. Just got the game and noticed it's basically unplayable on my ultrawide.

@sofaplayer2, same request as TurmoilX, I have a 2560x1080 and can't play properly because lots of menu items are off the bottom of the screen, any chance you could share your modified files so far?

I could not get it to work on 2560x1080, spent like 3 hrs trying to edit the files, ended up with a mess still and even the beginning menu way off center...

I enabled eyefinity on my 1920x1080_2560x1080_1920x1080 triple setup and used the original 3840 fix by "Jove Chiere" and all is well, thanks!
Runs at 75fps on an AMD 390x with max settings, nice!

Thanks for the upload, yes it is working indeed and you didn't have to change any of the two main hud files (my assumption since they were not in your zip archive), maybe that is what I was doing wrong, I spent ages playing around in those two files.

I updated the main message, with different modes screens. I hope it is easier to find for everyone.
Also, I added my new configuration of 5 monitors in portrait.

Yeah that was a little fix Jove Chiere did on it I suppose to get a neater (neater or more neat?) weapons hud, but not needed in the game, that's why i did'nt put them in.
Any updates on the files (the menu is still not 100% perfect) please feel free to add them, i just got it to work for me, thanks to Jove Chiere for getting them to do the job for eyefinity, so i could figure the whole thing out.

there is a solution for using the discussed fixes with the "definitive edition".

Get the needed files from

the txt-file you get with it tells you to just dump the file content to
"..\Documents\Riptide\out\Data\"

but that directory does not exist if you happen to play the definitive edition.
instead you have to go to the "local files" via right click in steam, navigate to "\DIR" and open a file named Data0.pak with 7zip or winrar. There you will find a directory named Data and this is where you dump your downloaded files (be sure you displace all the files in the /menu/hud and /menu/scr).
Works like charm!
