Hamachi CO-OP troubleshoot, lets try to get it working.
Ok so everyone knows that CO-OP isn't working and Hamachi isn't working for everyone. So all the people that got Lan to work with Hamachi, can you please post what OS, Hamachi Ver., and settings used for the Hamachi network. With that info, I hope we can get hamachi to work for everyone and your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

it working.. last version of hamachi.

-complete prologue (go to beach, in town)
-log on hamachi and create new channel
-tell your friend to join you on hamachi
-both of you create a game
-Press ESC, click on Lobby, wait 1 minutes
-Click on him, enjoy

on Hamachi look if you can get "Ping" by right-clicking on him

If you don't see any ping, try restarting Hamachi or turn DMZ On in your router firewall

Hell, me and my borther got coop LAN working without Hamachi.

Of course, the VOIP doesn't work, so we get to beat our heads into a wall trying to fix that hot mess of garbage!

uhhh newest hamachi, new server. Make sure a seperate network pops up along side your internet, don't just run hamachi without that (although it should auto-turn itself on). We're running hamachi and all actually LAN so uncertain how it would work for people not in the same room as each other. >.<

Yeah seems the default settings are working.
We tried connecting with firewall off on one try but the game never showed up on the list.
Created a new network and tried connecting again without firewall and bingo. Just took a long time searching for the game in lobby I guess.

OS WIn 7 and Win 8
Using latest version of Hamachi

Worked in LAN mode here.

Do NOT turn on DMZ. This makes your computer directly accessible over the internet and is a huge security risk. Hamachi already makes you directly accessible to the people in your network but through a secure VPN tunnel, it is much safer to use Hamachi or similar network emulation program than enable DMZ.
