What are your ways of getting money?

The only way I've managed to get money is by playing normally, I usually end up getting 10k then spending it on repairs, medpacks and upgrading my weapons but I never seem to go over that amount of money. Could really use some advice on how to get a solid amount of money. Please, don't tell me any exploits as I won't be doing them.

Well, I wouldn't call it an exploit, but knowing the location and how the spawn timers work you can make some decent money just farming thugs/floaters in alot of different places, I recommend trying to use explosive throwing weapons to fight groups(also explosion kills yield x2 exp) if one med pack costs 500$, maybe you use 2 by accident on a group of 4 or more, including an infected, +repair bills 1 Deo Bomb costs about 500, so sometimes it's better just to chuck a grenade type item(you might find quite alot of them as you upgrade your immune team) and save yourself the hassle, and that bit of cash cause it adds up, as you get a bit farther into the game you'll find better places to farm cash from suitcases and such.

i just carry a shot gun and aim for thugs heads at close range 1-3 shots will kill them with any shotgun

easy way to make money : Farm Bleach,Painkillers,can food for the npcs who ask some,then trade ! u will make a lot of money. for example at lvl 40-50 arround 1-1.5k .
and for reset the areas and farm again just go to the laboratory research then go back in previous maps like mataka village,there are 2 can food 1 painkiller there . have fun

Yeah this the easiest way. I always have more than 100k. Also there are Blade, Electronic Scrap, Photo, Diamond as far as I remember. One more thing: You should check the team guest. They want lots of thing and if you collect all what you see most probably you have what they want already.

Concerning NPC with items quests, get as much canned food / blades / painkillers as you can (farming a bit) You'll get fast cash and xp and foremost, when giving them the items you can skip the speach easely (not like electronic scrap / bleach...) making it less painful when talking to them.

ive got 200k and all ive upgraded all my weapons. all i do is search every bag I come across and sell all the weapons I know I wont use.
