How can I let go of a zombie when he tries to bite me?

Follow the on-screen prompts - usually left mouse button then right mouse button. If you're using a controller I have no idea though.

thanks I do it but althought I separate the zombie he continues grabbing me I hold left button
and after it right button but he still kill me may be I dont do well please help me

So your problem isn't "how to push out zombie" but "how avoid zombie" :D
But seriously - if your pc is lagging, then probably you can't push out zombie from that grip. My friend had this - always when grabbed, she need help.
So other idea - play with someone in coop. Even weak hit in zombie which grab you, end this situation.
