Resetting skill points

Is there really no way to reset your skill points? I spent a few here and there that I regret and wanted to reset them, but when I look up how all I'm getting is "You can't reset your skill points".

I dont think you can :/
Only way i think would be to start a new profile
But thats just what i know

I was wondering the same thing. I am level 70 and want the "charge" skill for the achievement. Oh well, I was going to start a new character at some point anyway.
