Thanks for the confirmation.
1. zombie that act like zombies until you are close.
Well, it should be like that. Until they hear you, they should not react. And they are not super fast after they spot you. Only weakest and some strongerst are fast, others are slow and when close, they lean forward to move faster, makes sense.
2. Zombies super snipers - well, that can't be denied, it should not be like that. Especially when it's obvious that they do not aim, just throw their arm and let go of knife. This is probably some programming shortcut
3.drug dealer zombie - yet to fight him. but usually some midbosses are really strong. But if you got strong weapons and trigger special attack, your damage is about 3 or 5 times stronger than normally. I got lvl 55 and I need like 10-15 normal attacks on thug or about 3-6 special attacks(2 combos).
4.mission cut off/right order - what? when mission is cut off thats because you need to unlock further maps. I havent got any mission closed because of right order. More so, i wish there was wrong order, so i can get stuff done while exploring, instead of going multiple time to same scary place.
5. not killing zombies with car - not problem with that, all my road rage kill everything
5A zombie running through car without damage - yeah, i think that happened couple of times while driving. Probably physics are not perfect
6. headshot does not kill - guess when zombies got actual healtpoints, headshots becomes a problem. But on the other head, headshoots are 10 time stronger than any other body parts, so I would say that is nice
7.kicking to fall over - it takes me 1-2 kicks to trip zombie. I would say your characted just does not have proper skill :D
8.immediate counter attack - if it weren't for counter attack, game would be very easy. I use hammer so I stagger then all the time. When I was blade user....right, I had to dogde then and cut up then. Still, I don't see a problem here.
9.each hit takes a lot of life - that;s how it should be. Zombies are twice as strong as huimans, or more.
10.kick kick stomp 90% - for me its more like 40% and that just to save weapons, because repairs can be very expensive. But 90% of time? nah, you just have weak weapons.
11. motor boat - yes, that is a problem. I can understand floaters to move normally in water, but other zombies should be slowed down a lot. And it's either going through river to you need party to fend of zombies, other wise you need to circle around to avoid them as much as possible, otherwise its easy to get surrounded. Luckily they alwasy wave arms before actual damage is done so its easy to avoid. But I agree there should be some possibility to wave weapon while using motorboat, instead of quick time action. Or quick time action with weapon, so it does not slow down you, letting other run up from behind and beat you up.
12 dozen zombies everytime - not exactly. When map is loaded, yes, but after I killed them, then playing for like 1 or 2 hours, when i sailed again through the river, there was like 2, maybe 3 left that tried to chase me.
You should focur more on sidequest. Like you help someone out by clearing area, then they give you reward, and like stay there for the rest of the game, instead of going with you to your base. But I guess, we have others games that do that.
4) Yes, for example in Riptide, if one doesn't go down to the marina first, but instead goes to fill a gas can for the guy that has his shop up north, it then closes off options in the marina when you go back after.
5) I'm refering to the base game; you have to wait for zombies to actually stand back up before they'll take damage via vehicle. If they're laying on the ground, even starting to get up and you run over them, it doesn't hurt them.
7) Of course some zombies go over w/ 1-2 kicks. But far too many take 5-6 kicks. It's just unrealistic, and a lazy way to increase difficulty. If they want an occasional low-boss zombie to be immune to kicks, fine. But there are far, far too many spam zombies that take far too many kicks. It's not realistic to reality, to zombie movies, really to anything. Hell half the time, they're literally bent over backwards, apparently uneffected by gravity (hence the limbo reference)
8) And again, it's just lazy programming. If some zombies randomly did that, fine. But not Every. Single. Time. Seems every single zombie has a knee-jerk counter attack, no matter what. Unless stunned or decapitated on the first swing. No variability. It's cheesy, and it really limits one's combat options, because the zombie will ALWAYS throw out a knee-jerk counter attack (and it's always the same attack IIRC).
Another thing I didn't even mention, was that charge attack (Riptide). Either doesn't work right, or is too finicky to get to work right. Needs re-worked. (I wasted 2 pts on that)
So many of these open-world zombie games will do certain things just right, and aspects of the games are fun as hell... then they either get lazy, or cut corners, or do some other thing that damn near breaks the game for me, destroys immersion (when I have to constantly alt-tab to google just to figure out why something isn't working), game breaking glitches, fooling design decisions, etc.
But you agree with me. That's why you couldn't refute any of it.
And the one person who who actually responded, agreed w/ half of what I said. And the other half, I addressed.
I know, facts suck, huh? It's ok. Just accept that you like a game that has a lot of problems. Probably best not to tie your personal identity and self-esteem to a video game.
Also thanks for showcasing the caliber of person who endorses this game.
Feel free to prove that by actually addressing the list of problems I succintly listed in the game.
Or just keep ignoring that list, pretend no one notices, while trolling like a coward.
