Persona 3 Reload

Persona 4 doesn't need a remake.
Golden is already the definitive way of playing the game.

i agree, but it also does make sense to remake it now when they have new assets from p3r just like back in the day

better looking graphics would still be a plus so i dont mind a remake, its not last last of us remastered where there was literally no graphical changes and they released the same game twice for no reason
I feel like there's a fine line between needing something and...however you wanna word it for not needing something but it'll still be good to have and I feel like Persona 4 Remake would be that. Although ya would much rather have a new Persona game than 4 Remake

A lot of people are put off by the Vita era graphics. I'm not because I played the original game on my old Vita, but the whole point of these remakes is to create a more uniform experience for the average Persona fan. The remake won't be for you unless you're seeking to experience the game with a fresh coat of paint.

If you've already played the original games and enjoyed them, you are not the average Persona fan. Most of them are P5 fans these days that are highly anticipating P6. They're not going to delay development on P6 for a remake either. This is going to be something to keep them busy while they develop P6. Keep the Persona name out there as I don't even know if we'll get an announcement for P6 this year.

In terms of Atlus and their bottom line, it's probably easy money too. They already got the assets from Reload, and there's much less you have to change mechanically compared to Reload and FES. They also had to add a fair amount of content into Reload, but they weren't ambitious enough to add FeMC despite her being very popular among P3 fans.

I do wonder how they'll treat the randomness of the dungeons though.

The dungeon designs could be better, and perhaps the town could do with more places to increase skills.

The story probably doesn't require improvements though.

Story and music don't need to be touched, and I can live with the Vita graphics, but I'd love if they redid/updated the dungeon layouts.

If you're a super fan ? The remake is more comparable to P4 and P5 quality wise, yet from the demo, can still be sort of samey to them. Even some of the main characters are similar.

I honestly feel like they didn't do femc because they work on multiple games at the same time. Since they are doing this dlc thing now instead of rereleasing going forward - id hope for femc, the original challenge doors and Margaret boss as dlc

I don't agree with your opinion. The Remake brought a very good option for people who speak languages other than English or Japanese.

I had never played Persona, I'm a native Brazilian and I've always wanted to play it but I don't know English or Japanese.

P3 Reload made it possible for me to start playing this masterpiece and get to know the world of Persona.

I even understand a word or two, but for a game that focuses on narrative, for those who don't know the language it's a lot of effort.

I would agree with you if P4 and P5 had an update made available with the Portuguese-Brazilian and other languages.

agree, but sure Atlus can do whatever they want, even if there is Persona 5 ReRoyal in next 100 years sure why not

i simply won't buy it, let people vote with their wallet
It may not need one, but it's definitely going to get one. The other two games in the trilogy are playable at the same standard, might as well update the last one too.

Then there's Persona 1 and 2, which I think Atlus mentioned a while ago about perhaps either remaking or remastering them.
