Am I the only one who doesn't like Ryoji/Pharos?

He spends 90% of his screentime antagonizing you, either waking you up in the middle of the night to tell you what you already know or telling you you suck and you're gonna die. And he spends the other 10% being a womanizing piece of garbage.

When Ryoji transferred to Gekoukhan my first thought was "My God. Pharos is such a hater that he became real just so he could keep telling me my fit is trash outside of the Dark Hour."

I personally am indifferent to him, or to both of them if we are talking about Ryoji. But of course it is worth understanding that he and Makoto are connected, after all, Pharos slept in Makoto for 10 years.

Strange.

I did not perceive him like this at all. He did not seem antagonising to me. He was warning the MC, he showed some doubts but never in a way 'you suck' but more in a way 'I know what will come and while I'd love you to win I don't see how you could win' and when he does join to MC at school as a 'human' he's just trying to enjoy and understand what life is and isn't in any way trying to seduce the girls on purpose. The MC is way more 'womanising piece of garbage' than Ryoji ever could be.

Considering one of the main themes of the whole game is to learn to live with death waiting for us at the end, I do not think he was meant to be in any way antagonistic or annoying and this is the first time I'm hearing about it.
