Does Junpei's Theurgy animation change if......? [Spoiler]
Junpei gets his 2nd Theurgy after Chidori sacrifices herself.
However she can be revived based on the player's action in January, which I sadly missed out during my playthrough.

So once Chidori is revived does Junpei's 2nd Theurgy animation change in any way?

No, since she does not have her persona after being revived. She did fuse with Hermes after all
