Persona 3 Banned in UAE

Is there anyone out there that has tried activating a persona 3 reload key in a region where the game is banned?

Other sources say that it will work without issue including cdkeys which gives you the green light on the download. Whereas others are saying that it wouldnt activate since the game is banned in the region. I dont want to risk spending the money knowing i wouldnt get a refund.

Well Sega likes to region lock their keys so it most likely won't work for your country

I just looked at a key seller and they have some keys named as standard and as europe , so I am like 90% sure that they are indeed locked

the game is also blocked in Russia, but the Russians simply change the region to the one where it is available

Don't buy it, if the game was banned in your country the key won't activate, I have tried it before and Steam will notice me the game isn't available in your region, the key remain inactivate thought.

You can get someone to gift you the game who is from another region and then you pay them. I never tried it but I heard that works with other games.

If I change back to my og region (Example, I changed my region Into Indonesia and Im going to make It the UAE again) will the game still be In my gallery?
