If I were you, I'd go with Persona 4 Golden next. It might take some getting used to, but it probably won't be as good if you play 3 and 5 before it, considering they have updated quality of life features compared to it.
p4g is also not as pricey as p5r so it has that going for it aswell
Just visually a downgrade. Music is still baller and gameplay is still fun.
But 5 would be the most seamless transition from playing 3Reload.
A lot of the QoL changes for Persona 3 Reload come from that game.
You can try different team members and different dialouge choices
Also play 4 golden if don't have any cash and can staand PS2 graphics otherwise P5 Royal
Terrible advice. Do not play 4 before remake. I know it's hard but just don't, imagine how rewarding it will be to play 4 for the first time with next gen look
