when do missing people show up on the board? is it once and thats it, or can someone annoyingly show up the day after i already went to find someone else? just wondering if i should save the exploration for literally the last day

Elizabeth usually calls twice a month, I think? Could be wrong about that, but she definitely will call more than once. I always put it off until the last couple of days for that exact reason.

Always save exploration until the countdown timer in the top right of the screen nears 0 aka the last day. That's the best strat I can suggest to use in avoiding missing out on saving everyone you can. Also, remember that when you hop in to Tartarus when you talk to Elizabeth she'll tell you what floor they're on, AND she will tell you if any lost kitties wandered in. Lost cats will usually be found on previous floors, but they seem to always give you twilight shards. So imo they're definitely worth it as well as the people.
