If you want to finish all social links, you really should just be following a guide. It's practically impossible to max all social links in Persona 3 without one. The game's schedule is too tightly packed.
High prioritize social links with few available dates like maya and the dying man who only show up on Sunday.
Confidants that are available outside of school should only be done when you can’t go to school.
This is the girl, the elderly couple, the athlete and suitmitsu. But prioritize the maiko and hayase because the couple is available every day but Monday and suitmitsu is available every day.
As for who you meet in school Yuko is a good one to prioritize she is only available 2 days a week which is lower than everyone in school.
Occasionally some ranks of classmates will get locked even if you picked food answers this will happen to Yuko at rank 4 and 8 and the track team guy at rank 8.
2 shrine visits will get them ready but if they call you on Sunday to hang out and it goes well they’ll instantly be ready to rank up.
