One dis-charm also works, provided you put it on the correct character so that character can then use an item to clear everybody else's status before they get their turn.
Edit: I thought you meant charm nulifying accessory, my mistake.
Get something that nullifies charm then? Equipment or persona skill, doesn't matter. You only need a single character to treat the rest of the party. The game wants you to use the tools it gives you.
It's an early-midgame and AFAIK none of Personas on that level can learn skill like Null-charm and even The equipment store only sell accessory to resist charm not a null charm, the best advice I can give is to put resist-charm accessory on characters you are using though it may not help much but it's better than nothing and buy dis-charm at least 15-20 and set Yukari to focus on heal/cure ailment also don't forget to cast sukunda on boss and hope for the best.
